At Effectinn Lingerie, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Exchange Policy

- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange requests will only be accepted for unused, unwashed, and original-condition products with all tags intact.
- Customers are eligible for one-time free exchange per order.
- If a customer requests an exchange for the same order a second time, an additional ₹200 exchange processing fee will be applicable.

Return Policy

- Due to hygiene reasons, products are not eligible for return.
- We do not provide direct returns against purchases.

Refund Policy

- Refunds will not be credited to bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or any other payment method.
- Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued as Effectinn Reward Points/Credit Points.
- These points can be used for future purchases on the Effectinn website.
- Reward Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Important Notes

- Effectinn reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product is found used, damaged, washed, or without original tags.
- Exchange and refund decisions are subject to verification by our quality team.
